I had an amazing stay,i cant pick one bad thing to be fair.my room was a bit small,but very clean ,soundproof and comfortable.sleeping was good and comfortable,how ever the pillows aren’t the best.aircon works are normal.Hotel stuff are very nice and friendly.they’ve got great facilities.free snacks was just superb. Also their coffee es amazing! Beach is just 15-20 min away with the bus.its a great place to spend ur holiday.i loved every single bit of my stay. I highly recommend it! Definitely visiting again!

Great stay, impeccably clean &very comfortable bed

Great centrally located hotel, a stone-throw from the train station. Lovely staff, who were all very friendly and helpful with any request. Would definitely recommend the club room to get access to the unlimited tea/coffee/water/fresh juices and little snack plates and treats - all free. Impeccably clean throughout and the beds were very comfortable. This fabulous experience means I will checking if there is a OKKO hotel in the location of our next vacation.

First Class Hotel and Staff

We were two couples, my partner and I and my niece and her husband, staying in Toulon for the first time for five days. The hotel is modern, in an excellent location to both the centre of the town and the railway station. The personnel, particularly Aya and Auriane, were extremely helpful and very patient with my awful French and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and welcome. One facility which was extremely helpful was a 24-hour lounge area for all the residents where you could help yourself to drinks (teas, coffees etc) and to nibbles and fruit. It proved invaluable and we stay there again without hesitation. Thank you again for giving us such a pleasant stay.

Highly recommend

Great hotel, very close to the train station and 10-15 minute walk from the marina. Friendly welcome. Clean room. Very small toilet (had to reverse to get out) but the shower was excellent.The Club facility is very good. Disappointed that I couldn't get access to the rooftop bar during my stay.

This property is an excellent choice. I am a soda traveller and I felt extremely safe not a huge eater so the free nibbles available were okay for me receptionist was very very helpful and the gentleman who took over from her. It was also great early check-in and late checkout at no extra cost. Thank you for letting me have a splendid day at your hotel even though it was only one night next time I will definitely come here.

Service excellence

Service excellence ..comes from a happy line of management . It will cost u a bit more to stay at okko but in my travels ..4/5 star rivaling the Marriot Nice . Staff have risen from night bakers(?) to front desk. Being welcomed by someone who remembered me is service .passionate , the staff all want to be there . Obviously a low turnover and thus careful hiring . There is absolutely no hotel arrogance..but a friendly ' how can I help you" . Going beyond Service exellence y? Ie . As little as refrigeration of my previous 1 star hotel ..I arrived tired and was met with smiles. One promoted team member remembered me . During my stay a night member . theres a baker (?)night security with name E xx he would look for kiwis of which I can't find in any hotel breakfast ..but at okko it's available . Another female team member (Sb)even reheated my food and finding me late after midnight some fruits . A shout out to the great okko Toulon ,General Manager and team . The staff are diligent ..clearing of free drink glasses ,plates , constant observations of the lounge . This is like a country club . Absolument fantastique ..le concept ..la localisation ..les chambres sont magnifiques ..les draps en lin j adore ! Jamais déçue! Personnel adorable ..salle de petit dej / en-cas / lieu pr travailler tout est parfait et de goût..je me sens à la maison! Merci pour ce rapport qualité prix et ce service qu on trouve de moins en moins à un tarif abordable à mon sens .

Good Hotel

We stayed 2 nights for vacation. The room was clean. The staff at front desk were friendly, even though one of the room service ladies was not that nice ( She kept knocking at the door before 10:30 am wanting to clean the room. We told her to come later, she was unhappy and had an attitude). I reported it to the reception desk lady and she apologized and gave me one free breakfast as compensation. I appreciate it. So, I still recommend this hotel.
