“Lovely little bolt hole next to a great pub. The bed was very comfy and the shower was amazing. The outside seating is overlooked by the main road and due to roadworks it was a bit too busy with standing traffic to sit outside. The pub next door was very good and we enjoyed an evening meal and breakfast the next day.”

“It's not a bad place. But filthy carpets were the main disappointment & filthy smoke butts outside the main door up stairs. Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee. That's why it wasn't value for money. The owner should put more effort into the place, instead of just taking the money.”

“My stay was horrendous. I found getting into the building a nightmare, having not signed in online. Others were in the same boat. You needed two codes, one for the building, the other for the room, contained in 'secure messages' buried in emails. My room smelt really manky and later that night I couldnt close the door which had moved away from the frame. I had to change rooms at 11.30pm with numerous trips with my stuff. “The host was very helpful sending a lot of information before the trip and greeting us with more information and history of the Priory. Well equipped apartment including a pint of milk. Lovely out of the city location but only a short journey to see the Clifton suspension bridge and also the convenient park and ride.”
