Three stars for a three star hotel

The hotel lived up to its three star rating and the cleanliness of the rooms and generally could not be faulted. Don't waste your money on having breakfast in-house.

Hotel was convenient to walk from the bus station in Torrevieja if you were flying into Alicante Airport with a destination of Torrevieja. Beach was close by. Room has no kettle. Pillow could be upgraded. Room was very quiet

Gym was abit dated, duck tape around some of the cushioned support areas, wobbly. Bed very large and comfortable, rooms ok and did what they did, bar not open and pool drained I suppose the hotel getting ready for summer season, but overall a good looking and clean hotel. I definitely would stay again and reasonably priced. Staff very helpful and courteous.

My girlfriend and I stayed her for one night, and it was so terrible that we did consider to check out immediately. The problem was that we already paid a great amount for the room. Filthy room in bad condition, there were leftovers (food and an open bread), stains everywhere.

1. Henkilökunta oli sanalla sanoen hapanta ja töykeää vaikkemme edes reklamoineet mistään 2. Huoneeseen kuuluvat äänet kadulta ja naapurihuoneesta kuin paperiseinån läpi tai kuin parvekkeen ovi olisi auki 3. Sängyssä lakanoissa oli kuvan ötökkä 4. Lattialla hiekkaa ja pölyä 5. Koskahan parveke on viimeksi pesty tomusta 6. Wc:n purettu seinä on huono idea, koska suihkun ja wc:n äänet kuuluvat sängyille näöstä puhumattakaan 7. Wc:n lasiovi kolisee ikävästi 8. Sekä suihkun että lavuaarialtaan poistoventtiilit rikki ja poissa kokonaan käytöstä Suoraan sanoen ei jäänyt muuta positiivista kuin että huoneissa oli sentään sängyt ja pääovi vastasi kuvia. Peruskunnostus ja sisustaminen tekis hyvää.

La calefacción no iba bien, cuando ponías el termostato podía salir frío y calor estando en una posición fija, eso en Diciembre nos hizo pasar frío por muchos momentos porque no estaba bien regulado y nos indicaron desde recepción que era un problema común en todo el hotel, nos pareció un problema grande y que no se podía arreglar según nos indicaron desde recepción.
