Air Condition Charge

At reception, we were offer to "upgrade" from room air condition to a mini-split option at a sub-charge to the room cost. We did not know why this would be an option so we decline the charge. Later we found out that the air condition would stop working in the middle of the night and during the day. We didn't have a room temperature control so we were at the mercy to call the front desk and have the air check turn back on after an hour or so.

Muy mala experiencia

El servicio en atencion es pesimo. Debido a que un evento en la ciudad el hotel presentó sobre demanda, a lo cual el personal no supo manejar derivando con ello a un trato despota hacia los clientes. En lo personal el encargado del tercer turno no me permitia el acceso al hotel argumentando que ya no habia cupo, aun cuando ya tenia la habitacion reservada y asignada ya que previamente habia hecho el check in. Instalaciones sucias y con falta de mantenimiento. Baño con hongos y unidad de enfriamiento vieja y rudiosa. La verdad no me volveria a quedar en ese hotel.

La atención del personal (recepcion) al momento de llegar, a pesar de que en fotos por fuera se ve bien al entrar deja mucho que desear, el restaurante brilla por su ausencia no tenia casi nada (Hora de comida) y en el desayuno muy pocas opciones 6/10 nadamas para salir del apuro si andas de viaje

Céntrico hotel con buen servicio. Algo viejo

Excelente servicio, habitaciones cómodas, céntrico. La parte mala es que ya es un hotel un tanto viejo y las instalaciones lo hacen ver, sobre todo los baños. Tienen una terminación como vieja que hasta se ven sucios (no que lo estén). Fuera de eso, muy bien
