o respetaron mi reservación

La estancia estuvo excelente, el problema fue que no respetaron mi reservación y aún mostrando mi reservación no la respetaron. Mi reservación incluía desayuno y tuve que pagar el hospedaje sin desayuno.

Le falta muchísimo mantenimiento, la habitación terrible, el techo descarapelado, le faltaba un cancel al baño por lo que todo el baño se salpicaba, las condiciones en general de la habitación dejaban mucho que desear, las toallas viejas y rotas

Bastante complicado el que acepten reservaciones por expedia, resultó que tuvimos que pagar llegando cuando se suponía ya está el pago hecho en la aplicación. Este hotel solo es paran ir a dormir y eso sí el ruido se los permite

Buen hotel económico

Buen lugar y buen hotel, el baño es un poco pequeño y es solo regadera pero agua caliente toallas limpias y productos de limpieza disponibles. El único detalle que note es que las puertas son delgadas por lo que se escuchan los ruidos del pasillo pero a mi no me molesto, la recepción es 24 horas pero si planeas llegar despues de la media noche recomiendo avisar para que estén enterados pues siendo un hotel pequeño la puerta se cierra y tienes que tocar para entrar (hay recepciónista las 24 horas). Tiene televisión con cable, teléfono, aire acondicionado, sillón, donde guardar tu ropa. Al lado del hotel se ponen unas gorditas típicas de torreón muy económicas y sabrosas, las recomiendo. El hotel cuenta con comedor pero no tiene restaurante, puedes llevar tu comida y comer ahí o mandar pedir a domicilio. Por las. Mañanas hay café y galletas disponibles en el. Comedor.
