Very good for what you pay for

Very good for what you pay for. Decent size room, decent cleanliness. The hotel excels for it's location being a very short walk from the beach and town centre and the very good service.

Fine for a pit stop, wouldnā€™t stay for long.

We only stayed for one night and basically slept here but nothing else. The hotel staff were friendly and kind enough. On first look, the hotel is a little older and run-down, but not terrible. The beds were comfortable, the room was cosy, but the bathroom was a bit of a shock to the system. When we arrived, there was water all over the bathroom floor and the toilet, no mirror was on the wall above the sink. It didnā€™t feel particularly clean, but for a cheap rate, you get what you pay for I suppose. It did what we needed, it was a place to rest our heads. I donā€™t think I would choose to stay here for a longer trip.

Hotel could do with an update but considering the very good pricing it does the job. Free car parking and an easy short walk to the sea front.

To be honest the hotel is in need of a complete refurbishment but our room was tidy, everything worked, the location of the hotel is first class, a short walk to shops, restaurants, the harbour and the beach, a four night stay in August, room only and free parking for just over Ā£200.00 perfect šŸ‘
