It is difficult to give a review when the Hotel booked for you is closed and seems to have been closed for months! I was forced to find alternative accommodation at short notice incurring unwelcome extra expense and a great deal of stress. No reply to a message to Hotels.com at all. I could not complain or review until now as I was away from home for 7 days. Do not rely on Hotels.com.
