Enjoyed our stay at the Coastal Waters very much. Lovely, clean and relaxing place. The Manager Raaj was very helpful, friendly, and hospitable. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the Harbour and beach that has all the amenities for a holiday. Will stay there again😊

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at coastal waters. The owner Raj was lovely to meet, room was comfy, clean and kept to an excellent standard. I would definitely stay again in the future. Breakfast was amazing, varied and well prepared. If I could give more than five stars I would. One of the best places I have stayed in.

Spotlessly clean.. owners very very polite.. bed very comfortable and huge.. ideally situated for town, If I had to be negative , it would be about the noise of the traffic as the property is situated on a very busy main road .. you could hear the traffic all night as our room was on the front of the property..

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The service was exceptional. My room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained throughout my stay, which made it feel very comfortable and welcoming. The location is another big plus. It’s conveniently close to public transportation, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. At the same time, the area is peaceful and quiet, allowing for a great night’s sleep. It’s also in a very walkable distance, with shops, cafes and attractions just a short stroll away. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and well-located place to stay. I’d definitely return!

Very friendly welcome, nothing too much trouble. Very comfortable and immaculate room, excellent walk-in shower. Full English breakfast the best!. Well located for seafront and town centre. Access to reception is via steps so perhaps not ideal for those with walking difficulties Otherwise highly recommended!

We was greeted by the owners and treated like royalty.. our rooms where very clean and comfortable.. would highly recommend it has we will definitely be staying there again and it’s worth the price which includes car parking where other charge £9.50 per night … congratulations to the owners for making our stay so memorable and everything else.

We really enjoyed our stay at Costal Waters. We had a superior double room with a partial sea view. We heard no noise at all from the other rooms which is quite rare in B&B hotels. Very good spot for the harbour. The only issue for hotels along this stretch of road is that they are on a hill leading out of town so cars and lorries have to accelerate to climb the road which can be a bit noisy in the night - along with the gulls at the harbour! Request a back room if you are a light sleeper.

Nice place to stay

Very good location, very clean, breakfast was lovely. We had a tiny little fridge in our room enough for two small water bottles or small chocolate milk or can of soft drink, very nice. Owners couldn't be more polite and helpful.
