Went for one night . Really friendly staff and good location . Room was Executive Double. Nice and spacious with chairs sofa and good view . Bed was clean and tidy . Just room was a little dated and worn in places.

Old hotel. We stayed in room 121. The room was quite smelly. Looked clean with modern bathroom and bath and shower. Taps need deep cleaning. Windows on restrictors so it was unbearably hot. Tiny fan for the size of the room. Sleep quality was very poor as the pillows like rock and the heat. Parking is £9 overnight. Close to the seafront. Breakfast is available but it was so hot I just wanted to get outside. Probably won't stay again. Chaps on reception were really lovely and helpful.

I felt this hotel offered great value for money and having access to an indoor pool was a great surprise. The staff were attentive and helpful. The location is great, with Abbey Park, the seafront and bus stops right on the doorstep.

Lovely clean tidy hotel that looks like it's just been recently updated, the rooms are really nice also has a swimming pool and jacuzzi. The staff were friendly helpful and very attentive. Close to the sea and a 10 minute walk to the town, plenty of places to dine, shop and have a drink. Definitely will be going here again and would recommend this hotel.

Outside of property very run down. Paint peeling and weeds all over car park and outside spaces. Outdoor pool doesn’t look like it’s been in use for years, filthy water probably built up rain water and rotten leaves in it. Inside hotel old fashioned but kept clean, large room but sealant around bath taps black in several place's. Staff friendly, didn’t use indoor pool so can’t comment on it. My room definitely didn’t look like the photos! Garden area in need of attention. Again photos make it look better than it is now Hotel next door derelict. boarded up, and one opposite burnt out and boarded up from the road.

We could see the sea from our window.Our room was lovely , it was,clean,had everything you would want was spacious and furnished in keeping with the building. The hotel had indoor and outside pool’s,a hot tub and sauna.The bar area,lounge reception and breakfast area were kept exceptionally clean and tidy.All the staff were professional and helpful.
