I have been there, quite a few times, and the stuff always accommodate my early arrival. The rooms are cleaned daily and air conditioned. Note this is an old historic property. There are no elevators. Hence the stairways are narrow, but easily climbed. It is a five minute walk to the subway.

The double bed was a little soft for 2 adults, snaking toward the centre… Otherwise : great use of small space & great location! Loved the heat pump for quiet air conditioning. Obviously pride is taken in this space. I found staff friendly, & responsive.

This was a great great budget stay. Being so close to Church street was an extra bonus. I stayed in a single bed room (albeit small) had everything i needed - an ensuite bathroom, microwave, fridge, kettle etc. Would 100% recommend and come back!
