The entrance of this compact accommodation building is a bit hard to find (due to very narrow shop front, right above a fried chicken place) but well located near a lot of eateries, and a great Blues Bar (Grossman) around the block. Clean functional rooms but quite basic with no frills. Communication with the host was very good as they were very responsive!

Clean and nicely-decorated room with everything we needed, including a comfy bed. However, the windows looked onto the street and the curtains were sheer so it was bright all night. Bring an eye mask and earplugs. Also, make sure you email your ID and damage deposit ahead of time in order to get the keypad code, or you'll be locked out, since there's no front desk. The help line number is easy to text, though, if you get stuck, and they were quick and helpful.

The lighting could have been improved, it was a little harsh. Clean floors, sheets, bathroom, towels. Higher-up ledges were super dusty, some corners had dust. Window didn’t stay open. Battery cover on ac remote didn’t hold. HVAC didn’t seem to respond to remote input, except for on/off. Door hardware was crooked and not tight. Tiny window is great, but didn’t stay open, had to prop it up with a rolled-up washing rag . These are normal maintenance items that are generally forgivable and can easily be lived with. Small attention to details like this would make a difference. Generally, I was comfortable and pleased with bed mattress quality, nicely appointed bathroom/shower.

It was a great place for a great price. Just felt weird that we had to give a 250$ deposit via interact if the room is already 255$. The window we had was a skylight with no curtain and there was a big crack under the door, we could literally pass our fingers under. Other than that, the bed was comfortable and the place was clean.

The rooms had plenty of windows for natural light, and the windows could be opened for fresh air. The bed was very comfortable; the bathroom was small but bright, with a nice layout.

Had a very comfortable stay. The room appeared clean and well maintained. Everything work. Air conditioning very quiet. Slept very well compact but very nice bathroom. There was occasional noise from other guests coming and going in the hallway, but that’s unavoidable given the limited space available. Overall, a very positive experience. We will likely return and would absolutely recommend it.

The room was clean and like in the pictures. However, I must give a 2 star for a single reason : there was a big roof window in our room, just above the bed, with no blinds. So I woke up at 6:30 am because the sun light was in my face. Being able to sleep is the most basic function of a hotel room, and it’s not possible to sleep with a big window without blinds or curtains. That’s too bad because everything else was good

The room was clean and quiet. I did not like the idea of having to e-transfer the security deposit prior to being able to access the property. It was a bit of an inconvenience to have to worry about that. I wasn't allowed to access the building until that, with my ID, had been sent. I prefer when all financial transactions are done with a credit card. Sadly, because of this, I won't stay here again.
