This property is great albeit showing its age. Thankfully renovations are underway so it should be brought back up to speed in no time. Our room was spotless with everything tidy. Washrooms were clean as was the kitchenette with ample amounts of cutlery. Breakfast was a big surprise, we didn’t expect much but there was an excellent variety of food available. Lastly, I have to point out how friendly and warm the staff was. The manager, Dwight, in particular was a standout. He made us feel extremely welcome and took the time to explain everything about the hotel. We can’t wait to go back once the hotel is fully renovated. This will be standout location once it’s brought back up to speed.

This place was absolutely wonderful from welcoming staff who addressed all questions and accommodations. Room was great with a closed off bedroom that separated from a kitchen and sitting area. Towels were replenished daily. Hotel offered a laundry room for guests to use and a small store if you needed laundry detergent. The pool was actually warm, not hot, but very comfortable temps. Breakfast was plentiful and well stocked. Only downside is they had the news playing while people ate. :) Parking was plentiful, but sometimes you had to park further out from hotel. However, the location was central to many activities like Legoland, Escape Rooms, eating, movies, body of water, and Niagara Falls.

The room's interior was very dated, and the room smelled musty. It wasn't clean. The carpet next to the bed was wet. The sink wouldn't drain, and the bathroom door frames were completely rusted and looked dirty; we also found hairs that didn't belong to us. The receptionist was friendly, and the breakfast was fine. The hotel does not match the photos online. We were very disappointed.

Location is good as it’s near the highway and rooms are spacious however this hotel can really use room updates - serious modernization needed to bring it to what business travellers should expect. The whole decor is very very outdated particularly relative to the price paid. Would never see this in a metropolitan area like Montreal. So have higher expectation for GTA let alone Oakville. Coffee filter had been left in the machine from prior occupant. Both toilets were running so had to jiggle them both to stop them from running constantly. TVs did not allow for Netflix casting - some glitch it seems as this was new functionality for the hotel tvs (we were told)

Im afraid this stay wasn’t as good as others. I didn’t have enough towels in room and toilet was clogged when I got there, the air conditioning did not provide enough cool air, the telephones were not working, the black out curtains would not pull across all the way, the tub in the bathroom was very stained and shoty work on the outside of it as if it was painted with a brush. Breakfast was terrific tho. One more thing is I paid $100 more for that room than any other time I’ve been to that Hotel and I needed it for my Doctors visit. I can’t stay there again at that price. Sorry for this review but I was disappointed.
