Very nice property. The view is stunning, there are lots of fun things to see and do just within walking distance. My only complaint will not affect my final rating and isn't directed at the property itself or its owners. I had a rather unpleasant experience with one of the other residents of the building, who was very rude and cussed me out when getting out of the elevator because she believed I was "blocking" her. There was a good 50cm between me and her, so she was being completely unreasonable in my opinion. A man accompanying her also yelled the F-word a couple of times at me and a friend. Just something to keep in mind if you plan on staying at this property (which, keep in mind, I do still very much recommend). All other small interactions I had with other residents were pleasant.

Great accomodation

Great location and spectacular view, close to every commodities in dowtown Toronto. The apartment is clean and well-furnished. The rooms are not big but the beds are very good. The check-in procedure appears a bit complex at first but the host is very helpful and responsive and once you're in, things are very smooth. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing location

We were visiting for TIFF, and the location literally could not be better. It's smack in the middle of it all. The view in the flat is phantastic. Minor inconveniences were that we only had one key for the appartment, even though we were two persons. While I completely understand that the owner, only having two set of keys, wants to keep a set for emergencies, this made our sheduling much more complicated. We had, as most people visiting for the festival, different shedules. Renting the place is a legal grey area, there were notices in the elevators that short term renting was forbidden. That felt a bit sketchy during the first nights, but we soon realized, that the building was full with our other friends also visiting the festival – so obviously there are a lot of owners in that building doing the same thing. I don't know the legal situation precisely and to be honest, I did not really care. But if that's important to you, you might want to check into a regular hotel. The owner was very helpful, at times it was almost a bit much – but he really, really wanted to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. There was a quite dirty shower curtain which the owner promised to replace, other than that, everything went smoothly and we had a phantastic stay. Considering the location, the rooms are quite okay in terms of noise pollution. However, if you're not a great sleeper, bring earplugs and a sleeping mask as only one room is pitch black to sleep because it has no windows.

Convenient location, great service

Hard to beat the views, staying in downtown Toronto. Easily walkable to the major attractions and the subway, with a wide variety of dining options in the area, from fancy to quick-and-cheap. The property manger was very responsive via text, and helpful.

Location of the accomodation was perfect. We did have a great view. Communication with the owner was clear. The 600$ deposit was refunded without any problem. We are looking forward staying in one the apartments again whenever we are in Toronto again.

Better Off Somewhere Else

The bed sheets were filthy, the shower curtain was covered in mold, the shower did not drain properly and there was trash left in the bathroom. The towels were old and worn. There’s a non refundable $55 cleaning fee which is ridiculous for the condition the apartment was left in. Had to pay $600 deposit which took over 3 weeks to be The “renter” was quite persistent about going over the rules repeatedly for weeks leading up to the trip. It was overboard to the point that it sucked the fun and excitement of being on vacation.

DO NOT USE THIS HOSTING COMPANY

NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE. One of the worst experiences using this hosting company. First they called me repeatedly instead of email, then they switched the original unit we agreed to a few days before so we really didn’t have a option to cancel. The check in instructions were provided right before arrival and they were incorrect. Apparently they sub contracted this unit from someone else so we had to locate the actual proper unit manager to get the correct check in instructions. That took us another hour. Finally, the air conditioning would not work well and the unit was rather hot. When I asked for it to be repaired they say they would call me back and never did. Overall a terrible experience and i would never use them again or suggest them to anyone.

Home from Home in Downtown Toronto

Ideal location with the extra space and facilities of a home from home. The host was very helpful and was in regular contact before and during the stay. All was clean and as we expected with lovely views from the large balcony. If I had one suggestion it would be to add some clothes storage in the 2nd bedroom. I would definitely use again!

We'll stay there again

Great location and a remarkable view. Shows, music, great food and shopping were all within a block or two. Nice bars in the area, too. Everything in the unit was clean and worked as it should. There was fast and reliable wi-fi, a washer and dryer, a comfortable bed and a wonderful kitchen. Our contact person Sunil was easy to reach and very efficient. He took care of the one problem that came up (due to my error) quickly and cheerfully. We'll definitely stay there again!

The view from this hotel/apartment was truly spectacular. We rented the two bedroom apartment and found it very comfortable for two people. A city apartment, it was very sleekly designed but very comfortable. The surrounding area was not only safe, but filled with more dining options than we could squeeze in within our one week stay. Wi-Fi included and having a nearby grocery helped establish a home feel to our experience. The owner/contact person was quite helpful, providing detailed instructions for check-in, help regarding restaurant suggestions, and checking to make sure we were enjoying our time. It was a fantastic week that we truly enjoyed, and fully recommend for others as well.

i recently travelled to toronto for my birthday to watch raptors and leafs games back to back. If you are looking for a affordable high end place to stay that is in the heart of the entertainment district look no further . I loved my stay and the view is as nice as its advertised. I went over the rules with the provider and as well as security procedures and after a few simple conversations i was set and on my way . The area is really safe and close to all amenities and any questions you need answered at any time just ask the booking provider and he promptly sorts anything out. Suite was really clean and modern. Beds are so soft and comfy . Over all im really happy with my stay and would recommend this to anyone that wants to stay in the heart of toronto and not deal with over priced hotels with half the quality of this property . I give a five out of five in every department . Train and parking minutes away . I will definatly seek this property out in the future and recommend this to anyone and can assure you wont be disappointed. As well the security deposit was returned swiftly a week after my stay and check in and check out was a breeze !
