Initially chose this hotel because of its great location to all things in the downtown area (AGO, Roger’s Centre, etc.), but I was pleasantly surprised! Staff were very accommodating and friendly, room was cute and well kept, and the air conditioning was a life saver! Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to be walking distance to anything in the downtown area!

Cute little hotel with a lot of storage space! Staff is amazing and arranged for flowers and wine to be available in the room upon arrival for us newly weds! The room was small but very clean with a nice bathroom setup. Loved the rooftop area. Nice neighborhood not in the busy commercial part of the city. Staff was excellent. Sandwich at the restaurant on the first floor was very good. Found affordable parking nearby on spothero. I'd stay there again. Watching the long line of people waiting to enter the Stein pop up store down the street was entertaining.

It was a centrally located hotel for a reasonable price. Small footprint for a room but it still felt spacious due to the well designed layout. Covered our basic needs (accessible staff, central location, clean room, comfy bed). No pool but a nice rooftop patio. Also no elevator but staff will take your luggage up and down for you. Many shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby to choose from.
