Location is excellent; and place was clean. Mattress on bed was very squeaky and shower walls could use deep clean. Elevators on day of checkout were terrible with only one working. Guests were all waiting up to 40 mins to get elevator to leave to checkout.

Ideally located near all major POI. Cleanliness was below average as exemple the shower had mold all around the base and door seal. The vacuum had not been done properly and pieces off cereals and other stuff was under the the couch, easily accessible... The kitchenette was super clean. Lots of marks and stains on the walls but that can be expected for a short term rental. Super quiet and a good security level. Fob required to go on your level. Swimming pool and view was incredible. Overall it was OK due to the location and kitchenette. However, the mattresses were junk! When kids complain about having morning soreness from the mattresses imagine us adults.

The central location to Roger’s centre was great. The place had everything we needed and was clean, and ready on time. The one comment would be that they need a new mattress as u roll into the middle of the bed. Overall great location and so convenient!

The property was clean and the staff were very professional. I read some reviews that people had problems with the elevators, but I never had any issues. Check in and parking was easy. It was very convenient for the event I attended. Only complaint was there was 1 roll of toilet paper for the whole week lol. Though I probably could have asked for more, I find that's a bit awkward to have to ask.

Great for being close to all the attractions we were looking to see. That was a huge plus. This is just some constructive feedback from a first time experience. Accommodations and price for 2 nights after staying in suite was definitely overpriced. Parking was not great. Poor signage for elevators and exits when leaving parking garage and just trying to follow where to get to your level to park. Definitely could use arrows on the road or on large signage visible to see. Check in was never explained that there was a high rise and low rise building or elevator designated for each. So when we got elevator from parking garage we were lost in wrong building. Waited almost 15-20 minutes for an elevator. Only one key and fob provided for 4 people. That was super frustrating trying to accommodate getting in and out of building. Having to go down and meet them in lobby in order to get to room as you need fob for elevator. Long waits for elevator. Building in definite need of upgrades. Carpets were very dirty. Lighting in hallways dim. But on a good note is was fantastic as far as location. 😊
