Loved this hotel! It was clean and spacious. I wish the rooms would’ve been sound proofed because we did hear people in the hallway constantly. Also the garden/terrace area was not open at the time we went (April) which was a big let down after seeing the gorgeous pictures online. There is self parking right across the street in a ramp which has an underground walkway to stay out of the elements. Security was prominent on property so no problems were even possible. All staff was very nice and informative. We didn’t eat here so I can’t rate any food services. Bed was very comfy and we had a nice view of Nathan Phillips Square out the window.
