We enjoyed the Shangri-La Toronto so much that we returned for a second stay during the same trip. Once again, everything was excellent — the hotel is elegant, beautifully maintained and incredibly comfortable, with warm and professional service throughout. Beautiful hotel and spacious room. Very comfortable bed and everyone working at hotel was friendly and helpful. My room faces the main street and I could hear siren in the middle of the night. I would stay here again despite of the uncontrollable noise.

The staff was amazing since the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out. The room was clean, the bathroom was really nice. We tried the Boreal bath bomb and another bath salt, both made our mini staycation relaxing. We also had afternoon tea at the lounge. I am vegan and I was not disappointed.
