It is not 30 mins from downtown Toronto, with traffic, any given day, it is over an hour away. Right on the freeway so that was nice. Clean, very nice hotel. Free parking. Just know that is a long drive to anything touristy!

The front desk agent was excellent. Could see by the number of young people roaming the lobby and halls that a sports team was most likely staying in the hotel and we asked to be placed in a quieter area and she was wonderful in doing this. Had a cool two story loft room, with more amenities (small kitchenette and table for 2) then we needed!

Everything was good. Staff was very cooperative. Didn’t like the shower, as there was only one glass wall in the shower area which separated the shower area from rest of the washroom. There was no glass door. As soon as the shower was turned on the entire bathroom floor was flooded.

The hotel is nice, modern and clean. The staff was friendly. The pool was nice and warm. Location is nice lots of options around for food. Two restaurants at hotel was a nice option. AC was nice. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Overall we had a pleasant stay. We would definitely go back. The only suggestion I would give is to have a shampoo conditioner lotion dispenser for ease instead of the tiny bottles. Not a complaint just been to many hotels w that and I find it works really well.
