Area felt safe, although seemed to be a lot of drugs going on and homeless, but no trouble at all to me and my daughter. Places to eat were really nice. Cost great and staff really nice. Lovely welcome and staight forward check in after a long flight. All areas of the hostel were incredibly clean with the private double bedroom and associated washrooms etc spotless! Thoughtfully, ear plugs were in the bedroom for us to use (room facing the busy street) but didnt need them.
