Had a wonderful stay at ibostar waves .The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Loved the relaxing atmosphere and great amenities. Definitely coming back for another vacation!

Staff at the front desk were not as friendly as in past years. Everyone in our group complained of the type of heating and cooling they have as the fan turns on and off a lot throughout the night making it hard to sleep.
