Ladies at the reception desk are great and accommodating. Room was nice but the carpet needs to be cleaned and the shower head replaced in 934. Very noisy when trying to sleep from the guests across the hall in the hallway talking at 1 and 4 am in the morning. Spa is nice and my therapist was great. Thank you! I will be back
