A brand new building - opened in the Fall of 2025. Very central with easy access to a streetcar station across the street. Spadina subway station is one block away. The amenities are basic, but it is a student residence after all, so come with the appropriate expectations. A very beautiful building. As a guest, you have access to the laundry room and some common spaces. I would stay here again. Similar hotels in the same area would be much more. I stayed in May of 2026.

They were having a little hiccup with their computer system which slowed down the checking in. It happens. The entire premises was very clean and the security for getting in the doors and elevators made up for lack of any sort of refreshment/nourishment on site. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance and the streetcar stop was close to the door. Very much worth it.
