Superb room very clean and everything smelt amazing to the lobby, elevator and room. Very nice gym but could be expanded such as providing complimentary protein bars. Staff service was lack luster but always quick to address issues. View was nice even in the base room, would be a guest at Nobu hotel frequently. Just wish they had a loyalty program and collect 'Nobu points' or something similar. Additionally a pool would be a excellent addition at the Toronto hotel.

We booked this hotel for 3 nights as a couple traveling with a 8 month old baby. Let me just say that it has been an amazing experience all around. The room itself is like a work of art but we also appreciated the sound proof wall and the blackout curtain. The baby slept like a charm each night! The breakfast at the Sakura lounge was wonderful and the staff was so kind to us and the baby, even offering her plain yogurt which was such a nice gesture. We also enjoyed the convenience of going to the Nobu Restaurant which is direct access from the hotel, that was another fantastic experience. Can't wait to come back again.
