The check in process was very painful. We did not receive any instructions UNTIL after we showed up to the property and still had to wait over 40 mins, before we got our keys. This was after I had email, called and the security guard called Global Stay. The apartment /bed was clean, but there were smudge handprints on the wall, boards on the floor that were cracked, and toilet paper holder is coming off wall. I asked for late check out (12pm) it was my understanding I had it, but the cleaning team opened the door at 11am. No knock first either. They did leave, but we felt rushed and left at 1130am. Location was great, close to the events we were visiting in Toronto.
