Good, safe location close to Rogers Centre. Compact layout, not a lot of room, but a lot of closet space. Nice view of the city & water, free parking. Stingy with towels and wash clothes, lighting in small bedroom is awful. In need of some minor repairs, but overall pretty good. A party was going on the last night of our stay directly above us that kept us up until 1:00 am! Communication was not good except when they wanted more money for cleaning! I would probably rent again.

Location was great. Walking distance to Rogers Centre and other amenities - restaurants, coffee, groceries, shopping, etc. The appliances were a bit dated but the place met our needs for 2 couples for our stay. Quiet and clean and clear instructions fir check in and check out

We stayed for several days due to being in town for the Taylor Swift concert. The location was perfect in proximity to the concert venue. I was small and simple but perfect for needs. We really appreciated the hospitality and communication with the owner. The parking deck was a little complicated but it worked out well and was easy once parked. The elevator opened pretty much at the front door of the condo. We didn’t have any issues and would stay again.

Perfect apartment!

Lovely apartment. We got switched to a different one just before we arrived as the original apartment we booked was flooded. So this review is for the different apartment (in a different block) it was a lovely apartment and had access to a pool with a perfect view of the CN tower. Very happy and had everything we needed.

What a wonderful location! 18th floor had amazing views. We walked all over Toronto! Very quiet building. The only con was there weren’t enough towels. We just washed the few that were provided to use again.

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia no fue como la esperaba. Al reservar, elegí este departamento entre varias opciones porque las fotos mostraban una sala y cocina modernas, limpias y cómodas, ideales para pasar tiempo dentro del alojamiento. Sin embargo, al llegar me llevé una gran decepción: las fotos no correspondían en absoluto a lo que encontramos. La sala y la cocina eran completamente distintas, incluso de otro color, lo cual dejó claro que pertenecían a otro departamento. La sala real se veía vieja, sucia y muy incómoda. Otro punto negativo fue que no había luz en los cuartos, aún así, rescato que las camas eran realmente cómodas y tanto las sábanas como las toallas estaban impecables, lo que me permitió al menos descansar bien. La atención fue regular. Durante mi estancia tuve un problema serio: una noche el código de acceso no funcionó y estuve más de una hora afuera del departamento, cansada y sin siquiera un lugar para sentarme. A pesar de que finalmente me ayudaron, la respuesta fue tardía y no ofrecieron ningún tipo de compensación, solo un “lo siento”. Ese episodio definitivamente marcó negativamente mi experiencia. No volvería a hospedarme aquí ni lo recomendaría, al menos no sin que actualicen las fotos para reflejar la realidad y mejoren su atención al huésped, ya que por medio de la app, que es el medio oficial, nunca responden.
