Great location. Nice touches like filtered water stations throughout the hotel. Staff were excellent! The only thing missing for me was a pool. There was also an apple station near our elevator. We enjoyed a post concert drink in the bar and the staff were awesome!

Room was spacious with modern decor. Excellent location if you want to be close to Scotiabank arena, Union Station and sites like CN Tower. Room carpet needs a bit of detail cleaning in the corners. What the rates when you book. Expedia showed one rate then when we booked it added $40 and did not include breakfast. Tried to make our case to reception unsuccessfully.

For the amount we paid I expected better. Yes, it was clean. Many lovely door people etc But only a plug on one side of the bed. No cups to fill your water. Buffet breakfast was expensive and truthfully no better than a breakfast that is included in your stay at a chain hotel on the highway.
