Everything about our stay was excellent. The property felt pretty new, well-maintained and very clean. The staff was friendly, professional and attentive, making the experience even better. Breakfast was also excellent, with good quality and variety. Overall, a great stay and a hotel I would definitely recommend when traveling near Toronto Airport.

I believe that Parking should be free for guests. $30 is a high price for one night. I didn’t know until I arrived that there was a parking fee. It may have been mentioned in the booking. But I didn’t notice. If it was not mentioned, then that information should be changed. Other than that, the stay was nice.

Airport shuttle pick-up location emailed to us by expedia was incorrect. We waited 30 minutes than took an UBER which cost $21. The hotel acknowledged the pick-up location provided was incorrect but did not offer to reimburse us for the UBER cost
