Got in late after a flight from Costa Rica, the front desk attendant was super friendly and very knowledgeable for questions we asked. The room we book got upgraded which was a nice surprise. Breakfast in the morning had a good selection and even fresh baked pastries . Their shuttle driver was kind an friendly an got us to and from Pearson safely.

My family loved the breakfast offerings, friendly and helpful staff at the breakfast on mornings. Housekeeping provided all that we needed to make our stay comfortable and the airport shuttle is also very efficient. Front desk staff were very welcoming and accommodating.
