Our room was very clean and we appreciated that it was air conditioned upon our arrival as it was a very hot weekend in the city. The staff were very kind, especially the housekeeper. There was breakfast included in our stay which we did enjoy one morning, and we also appreciated the luggage storage upon our checkout so we could continue to enjoy the city until our flight.

Excellent place to stay if you are on vacation as it is in Old Town and very close to downtown Toronto. Very nice and helpful staff. The AC was broken in the lobby during our stay and they were wait for parts from Japan to fix so it was warm and humid during breakfast but overall I would recommend.

Location is central to everything. 10m walk from subway. Breakfast was ok. Typical American breakfast, though space was small so it was a bit crowded. We were there during the innovation so noises were expected. Room is not sound proof. Over all i would come back.

The hotel was in a good location and it was nice to have a continental breakfast. The automatic door closers on the hotel room door was very forceful and caused the door to slam. There was also no soundproofing so noise traveled from the hallway into the room which disturbed sleep .
