I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special thank you to the Executive Housekeeper, Vaibhav Tulsiani, who was absolutely outstanding. They went above and beyond to help me locate a lost item and assist with arranging its shipment. Their communication was clear, prompt, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Most importantly, they were exceptionally kind, responsive, and genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service. Experiences like this make a lasting impression, and I truly appreciate the extra effort that was made on my behalf. I recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
