The rooms are spacious and comfortable and quiet (despite my next statement)! The layout of the hotel is alot of fun and is centred around the bar/restaurant. The staff are the bar and restaurant are amazing - friendly and professional! The staff overall are really helpful and looking for ways to improve your guest experience! The lobby was very nice. It was open and airy and the staff was great. The room was tired. It had nicks on the furniture and scuffs on the walls. It would have been a fantastic room ten years ago. We paid to have a suite with a kitchen due to food allergies and that was very nice. The indoor pool was overflowing with hockey teams. We had to book a time to go but the teams did not leave. One father was throwing a football to a child in the pool! The kids were not being told not to yell. It was not enjoyable at all. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.

The pool was a bit weird in that you had to "book a time" and it was actually a health club with members. Lots of folks trying to swim laps while all my kids wanted to do was splash and fool around. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean and the lovely smell when entering was pleasant. There for a Conference and quite convenient. Felt safe there. 10-15min walk to nice restaurants and large movie theatre.
