It’s a beautiful hotel and my family stays there every time we come to Toronto. I love the corner suites because they offer ample space and beautiful interior for a family. I disagree completely that they would not take Apple Pay for incidentals This is the 21st century Although a room refund was issued- it doesn’t make up for having to relocate to the Hilton Hotel late at night post hospital discharge with a fractured hip

First time stay here and it was very, very nice. Staff and location were great, not too familiar with this area however if you do drive you can explore the area especially if you’re a foodie! We’ll be back again soon!
