During our recent stay, the staff was helpful with our inquiries and the text support personal answer our questions promptly. The hotel was Clean and comfortable with a smooth check-in and check-out process. Afternoon tea was wonderful and a refreshing way to end our stay at the Hilton. The hotel is located near other restaurants, Downtown Markham and Main Street Union which was great.

I always have a good experience staying here. The beds are comfortable, the property is clean and the staff are great. One thing that I hope changes is the fitness area only being open until 7pm on a Sunday. Every other hotel I have stayed in is open until usually 10pm every night.

The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room (king bedroom + fold out bed) was nice, but the bedding didn't seem clean. The fold out bed linens had a lot of hair in it. The king size bed covers smelled strongly of body odor. We had to sleep without it. I recommend checking as soon as you arrive so you have time to remedy it.

Clean & spacious suites, great service, nice central location in Markham - pretty much equal distance to all major parts of Toronto. The suite had a private bedroom with a king bed, as well as a hide-a-bed in the living area. The areas were separated by a door, making it perfect for friends or family travelling together who still want some privacy. I find it harder and harder to find hotels with "suites" that truly separate the bedroom from the main area, so this was a huge point for me. We also got very excited about the mini fridge! Housekeeping and front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The cafe/grab & go in the lobby was so convenient and had delicious food/coffee - we used it almost every day. Close to lots of restaurants, and a mall with grocery/pharmacy/fast food right across the street. Would definitely stay here again!

Aesthetically the hotel is nice. The staff was amazing. However, the issue I had was how long it took to check in and check out. I'm a well season traveler so I understand things can take sometime. However, check in started at 3:00pm and I got there at 4:30 p.m. There was a line up to the door for check in. There was another amount line to check out the next day. There were 3 different events happening at the hotel, as well as it seem like people were staying there for a wedding. For a high traffic Hotel with event space I think that they need to work on on trying to expidte their check in and check out process.

Julie from the restaurant was amazing. We stayed in a two bedroom which was good with the exception that the beds were small for a family of three and the iron board was broken which fell on my feet. Once reported we got a replacement in no time.
