We appreciated the friendliness of staff. The Housekeeping people were very good. We were in a room equipped for people with disabilities. They made sure we had everything we needed. The Full breakfast was a bit pricey, but servers were attentive. Snack Bar was well stocked, they even served 'porridge' in the morning. All our needs were met!

Excellent front desk staff who knew their work well and were super efficient. Kamran, the staff, who checked me in earlier than the check-in time was very cordial, friendly, and efficient in his work. The room service staff were also very nice. One day when the fire alarm went off, one of the staff members walked down with me using the stairs from the 7th floor, which she didn’t have to do at all. She saw that I was nervous and didn’t want to stay in my room in that situation, so she tried to help me. She was such a kind person! I’ll definitely stay at this Hilton hotel when I’m back in Toronto.
