What stands out for me was the incredible staff on site. They are friendly, helpful, go out of their way for you with not just information about the hotel and area. It helpful tips on how to navigate a new environment…safely. I would recommend mostly because of the staff but the hotel is lovely comfy and beautiful

The property is beautiful and the staff were very friendly. However, I unfortunately woke up to a cockroach crawling up my back in the morning. They refunded our $30 parking, which was nice of them. I understand that you can only do so much about unwanted pests in an older building, but it was not a great experience overall.

The building was a old but super charming and renovated. If you need anything, just ask. There was no mini fridge in the room, all I had to do was request one and it was there when we arrived. The history of the building is amazing. The elevator is like something out of a Bond movie. There are common areas on each floor. Ours had a pool table. Gladstone is definitely worth the stay!! The staff will try everything to make your stay comfortable. Just ask!!! And, Chef is wonderful!! Everyone is!!
