The property was clean and safe. Location was great, easy access to Roger’s Centre and the harbour. Public transportation is right outside the building. Comfortable beds. Lots of towels, all in good condition. I travelled with my family for leisure and would stay here again.

The information requested leading up to the stay was a bit worrisome (requesting pic of photo id and payment for damage deposit- although it is refundable), however check in instructions were clear, the property was clean and comfortable. It's has awesome views of the city. The location is fantastic. Walkable to Budweiser stage and Liberty village for a Toronto vibe. Grab a bite there, on a patio before the concert. We would stay again.

Was surprisingly quiet. Was very comfortable. Extra amenities like coffee filters, tea, coffee…even toothpaste, which we forgot. Felt safe in that area. Some of the fixtures need a little TLC, but did not take away from our stay there. Would have liked to been able to adjust the a/c to temps that we found comfortable, but again, did not take away from our time there.

The requirements to even be given the check in information after booking was excessive Then the numerous steps required to check in and park was like being on a treasure hunt Parts of the unit were in disrepair and very dated and worn. The location was great with grocery, restaurants and activities all nearby. Instructions on arrival were clear and the addition of pictures and video made it easy to find our place. Any communication back and forth was understood and some specific details on both sides could have easily made communication 5/5 and would have probably made the property 5/5 as well. (# of keys provided, and what to do with groceries left behind are 2 examples) I have bookmarked the property and would gladly return on my next trip, if it was available. Sean 55
