The place was very clean, and the pictures accurately reflected the property. Every space in the unit was thoughtfully designed. It had all the amenities you could need for a short stay. The city view was beautiful and truly breathtaking. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this well located rental. It was very clean, spacious and had everything you would need. The staff were very prompt in responding and give clear instructions. The building was always bustling and we felt safe and secure. Would stay here again. The parking was the only downside where I paid for parking daily and still received one parking ticket that I have to dispute.

The room and location were great, lots to do in the area. When we initially booked I felt uneasy as the address on Expedia is different than the actual address- this location is Jarvis and Dundas so that was weird but once I contacted the seller, they were quick to respond and give me directions to check in. Their instructions were informative and everything went as planned. Parking was an additional fee (which is expected) and we opted for the $50 non refundable security deposit as opposed to the $500 refundable option. Overall, good stay!

Finding the facility and checking in was a nightmare. No signage to guide us to a reception. Once we found it, the person working the desk was of little help, did not speak English well. We had to wait for someone to arrive with keys, and while waiting were hit with a $300 parking ticket on the street—even though we were in the car with engine running. Once in the room, there was no WIFI. We had to wait for someone to come who simply plugged the modem into another socket. Room was clean and location convenient.

The staff members were very quick in answering our questions and efficient in problem solving so that we had the best experience possible. This being said, the living room had a broken futon as a couch, the laminate had significant gaps in places and the kitchen pots and pans were of very poor quality and were damaged. The pictures online were very deceiving. If you can overlook these types of things, the location, we found, was excellent.

Clean room. Responsive staff but some instructions could have been clearer like the fact that there was a designated spot to park the car and the fact that a remote was needed to get into the garage and into the building. I had to, on 3 occasions, walk up the stairs to the exit to exit out the side entrance and walk around the block to the lobby of the building. The garage remote also did not work well, which was checked out by the staff and replaced, which also didn’t work.

A small condo with all the amenities necessary. It was clean but the towels and washcloths had grey spots on them which made them seem dirty. There are not enough hooks or shelves in the bathroom to put our things on. The balcony was nice but very dirty due to bird droppings; it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Approximately a 10-minute walk from the Eaton Centre.

Good apartment, brought down by poor logistics and bad location. The place is clean, well equipped and fairly modern. Yet I don't think I'd come back. Check-in was a disaster. The initial location provided was an area full of junkies and homeless people (not a good location to be dropped off by Uber at 1am, luggage in hand). During daytime it's OK but early in the morning, it's a grim view with crowds outside a drugstore (probably a Methadone dispensary). The inhabitants of the apartment building itself, came from all walks of life, but they appeared to be friendly. Only 60 minutes before I arrived did I receive an e-mail with more up to date checkin instructions (yes, my bad, I should have continuously checked the mail on the plane and in the Uber ...). Checkout was the same poor coordination - again, instructions arrived too late (I had checked out at 8:30 and detailed instructions at 9:30 ...). Too late to comply with them.

It would have been nice to have a card or something inside the condo with the Wifi password. Spent 3 nights with no wifi. Tried calling the booking agent and got no response. The unit was mostly clean. The bedding and towels were clean but everything else only had a wipe down. The flooring was falling apart and it looked like they had started to paint but that was it. Other than that the location was good. Easy to walk everywhere with no issues.

The location was nice. The house itself was actually quite nice. We thought it was large and comfortable. It was also easily accessible to businesses. However, unfortunately, the cleanliness was quite inadequate. The bed, floors, and bathroom were covered in hair. The towels were also dirty. Since there were only two of us, we tried to use the clean-looking items from the other bedroom and closets, but we couldn't be comfortable because they weren't clean. I hope they resolve this.
