The host relies a lot on AI automatic responses. The phone number provided hung up on me 3 times, their customer validation asks for a lot of information, the safety of the deposit payment portal looks questionable. The stay at the location was perfect and well maintained. The delays for their validation and their answers are anxiety inducing.

The room and view was great. 3 working elevators for a 48 floor building is crazy work though. Waited 45 minutes trying to get down to the main floor. Tried the stairs and doors locked on main level and ended up finding an exit and was around the block!

We had a great stay overall. The rental process was smooth and communication was easy. The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring downtown Toronto, and the view from the apartment was beautiful. Parking was a little difficult to figure out at first, so clearer instructions would have been helpful. The only other issue was the elevator wait times. I’m not sure if this is typical, but on Saturday we waited about 25 minutes for an elevator, which was challenging. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

My wife and I were blown away with how nice the set up was. Everything was walking distance for us. In floor laundry machines were also a great perk for us being there a week. Would recommend to everyone to try booking here if you need a place. My only complaint would be the amount of people in the building trying to use the elevators at once. 3 elevators and only 2 seemed to be going steady. Would wait about 10 mins each time especially during busier times during the day, but for us it was well worth waiting for the room we got. So thrilled and excited to do it again next year

Loved how close it is to everything especially the Rogers Centre and CN tower. Had all we needed in terms of bedding, towels, etc. Bed was comfy but the futon and couch weren’t as comfortable. But ok for a night or two. Quiet building, clean and well taken care of. Checking in was a little tricky. We arrived at night and couldn’t get in touch with the owner to buzz us in. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I’m assuming it was because we indicated our arrival time to be between 10:00pm-11:00pm, that they weren’t expecting us outside of that window?

Horrible experience all around. Check in was very confusing and took us 2 hours. we had no place to park to get in the building. we needed a key fob to get in the garage, but couldnt get a hold of the host to get the fob or even get into the apartment. After 2 hours we finally go in the building and got up the apartment and thankfully the cleaner was in there, we got the keys. If it would have been minutes later we are not sure what would have happened, The dryer was drying towels and stuff when we got there. The big couch in the pictures was not there, a small couch instead. We tried to pull out the pull out couch and we had a real hard time getting it out and it had stains on it. The beds were hard. The overall stay wasnt enjoyable. And its been 8 days now and still didnt get our deposit of $200 back. Besides the location, get a hotel less stress.
