We stay at this hotel almost every time we’re in Markham. It’s great value for the price, and the front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, and the shower pressure is just right. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m., but you can ask the front desk if a one-hour late check-out is available. We always enjoy staying here.

Free onsite parking is a big plus. Very convenient location with direct access to expressways. If needed, the staff can reheat the food for you or lend you a microwave so it’s very convenient for a late return to room.

Staff was excellent, very attentive and helpful. Unfortunately the hours for amenities wasn’t suited to our needs. The hotel has a fresh upgrade and has been refurbished. But the locks for the doors remain extremely loud compared to other hotels and echo-y.
