Clean unit. Spacious. Close to downtown for walking distance The key fob pickup was a new thing from me... around the block pick it up and have to drop it off when leaving. I would stay here again for the price and overall experience/stay.

Absolutely loved the view!! I could go out on the balcony and see the CN Tower all lit up at night. Location, Location, Location. Could walk everywhere and see so much!! I will definitely be back. I was here for work, but now intend to bring the family back for vacation.

The location of the suite was the best thing regarding this place. The suite was older and mot upgraded at all. The check in procedure was a little more complicated as the keys where in a lock box 2 blocks away. But you were only 6 blocks from Rogers and the tower so the work required was worth it.

Imagine the middle of the night you fly your team to Toronto and theybare given three different addresses to go to. Finally enter the so called hotel to find out it is nothing like the photos and you have to enter via someone's office. Then you discover someone in one of the rooms. Seriously bad and next level dangerous. To top if off they stole $550 from my card for "damages" even though we never stayed there. One week later still not refunded. Do not trust these guys they are next level dodgy

The unit was in severe need of some attention. Room was not overly clean, no shoes on inside but socks were black after 30mins inside. 4 fridges in the living room took up a lot of space (one broken plus 3 others). Broken window on the 20th floor, note on it not to use with two big cracks in the glass. Outlet in the bathroom covered with tape. Dishwasher noted as broken. Beds were nice but bed frames were gross with dirt and stains. No parking available in the building and was told by host that there was parking 20min drive away. Only good thing is it is close to most things downtown.

At time of entry, we were informed by the “hotel” they did not have our reservation (after taking a $250 security deposit, they already had our prepaid hotel reservation). After several correspondence with Expedia - we did NOT receive a refund ( hotel) or our security deposit back saying they have sided with the hotel property who advised us they did not have a reservation, that we were probably checked into Rivet property (which I have never heard of). Extremely disappointed with this hotel as well as Expedia. We will never use either company again. Unhappy traveller

Very disappointing stay, especially while traveling with special-needs children. The hotel name, address, and photos on Expedia did not match the actual property. We spent time driving around at 1:30 AM trying to find it because the booking name was different from the hotel name on-site. After checking in, we found the bathroom sink was clogged. I sent photos to management, but instead of fixing it, they asked me to troubleshoot it myself and clean the deris and clogged hair. The next morning, we also experienced problems with the shower, hot water, and toilet. The property is managed by a third party that was slow to respond and did not address our concerns. When I requested a refund, they kept delaying the process. I also asked for their refund policy and was told it was "internal" and could not be shared, which was very frustrating. I booked through Expedia expecting the property advertised, but the experience fell far below expectations. I would not recommend this property, especially for families with children or special needs. Beware!

It took us 40 minutes from the time we collected our keys to reach our room because of how many people there were checking in at the same time and how slow the elevators are. The sink did not drain properly and it had an unpleasant smell. Getting in and out of the building was consistently slow, and we had to plan for about an hour just to leave the building because of the elevator situation. On one day, only one of the three elevators was working, which made the wait even longer. Many people are staying in the building so the elevators stop at almost every floor and are constantly full of people. We also could not get into the building when we first arrived because access requires a fob. There was only one room key available. This meant we had to coordinate who carried the key at all times, even though our group often split up to do different things. A keypad lock or hotel-style keycards would have made things much more convenient and avoided the hassle of carrying bulky keys. Overall, the biggest disappointment was how long it took each time to get to or from our room because of the elevator delays. We came across residents of the building who complained about persistent elevator issues including the excessive wait times and recurring outages and also let us know that management has failed to address these concerns. It is an extremely busy property at all times of the year according to some residents and condo owners. Also, the washing machine button was missing.

Where do I even start with this reservation? First of all, it’s called Toronto hotels, and suites when in fact, it is not a hotel, but in fact, a condo from trying to retrieve your keys from the condo itself with no unattended parking space is available no concierge to help you even if you needed help. Running up to the 31st floor, grabbing the keys, running all the way back down to get my car an hour, trying to find parking space that I had paid for which when we arrived was already occupied. They were not answering their phone calls nor were they answering emails or text messages from the numerous numbers that were given Even the concierge was trying to help us as it was 1230 at night and we had already been there for two hours and nobody was helping us find anywhere to park our vehicle We drove 10 hours to sit in the parking lot for two hours trying to figure out how we’re gonna park our car when we paid for a parking that wasn’t available even the concierge. She was not allowed to help us because it’s a condo unit and not a hotel was trying to call the condo owners with no response. It was a complete nightmare, including as you can see from all the pictures that will be posted. It was unclean. The light in the shower did not work. There was dust on the light fixtures and a very complicated key service to get to the condo. This was a reservation from hell when we were checking in they asked for a $500 hold on a credit card or a $50 nonrefundable deposit For $425
