Other than the room being unbelievably hot we enjoyed our one night stay. We particularly enjoyed the pool for a nice swim before our very long flight. The shuttle service was on time and short distance from the airport making it a very convenient location for early morning flights. Plenty of restaurant options nearby as well.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our visit to Toronto! The location is very convenient, especially being so close to the airport. The complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport was reliable and made getting around easy and stress-free. Having a Starbucks right on the premises was a great bonus, and the nice restaurants next door offered another convenient dining option. Overall, a pleasant experience and a great choice for anyone visiting Toronto. Would definitely recommend!

All the staff from the front desk Joy where so friendly and accommodating. Restaurant staff for dinner & breakfast were so sweet & friendly. They made my cousin’s 50th birthday meaningful. From goodies, ice cream with a candle & an extra pancake for breakfast. Thank you for the great service.

This hotel was perfect for my three night stay. The hotel was clean and well kept. Although next to the airport, there were a few a restaurants at walking distance like Ruth’s Chris, The Keg and Turtle Bay. There was a misunderstanding regarding parking payment but the young lady at the desk during check out. Prad Vee was very helpful and it was resolved immediately. If again in Toronto for a few days I will definitely stay here again.
