The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our question. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. Room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and rooms were very comfortable.The restaurant's food was tasty and freshly made, and there were various options. The hotel's front desk staff was very receptive and gave us a large room.

We spent the day visiting friends in Toronto and this provided an ideal, relatively low cost place for us to stay - my wife, our adult daughter and I. Room was very clean, beds comfortable, we slept well! Room was equipped with a microwave and fridge. Good basic accommodation.

On the positive side, my room was clean & ready and the staff courteous and helpful. On the negative side, the wifi connection kept cutting out and there was only one working electrical outlet.

The room was spotless, you could tell they clean properly, but... it is very outdated and the mattress was so soft I had to dig myself out of the bed every day. Comfortable sleeping just as important as the cleaniness🙂
