Excellent hotel. The checkin was super smooth, though it was self check-in. The property was clean. They got a parking right behind the structure which was first come first serve type. The only issue we faced was the wifi, it was super slow. Other than that everything was amazing.

Location and price are good. Never see staff, place is entirely automated. Rooms are clean, but very bare-bones. Check-in is a pain if you don't do all you can in advance, including ID upload. Parking is very limited, difficult in snow.

We only stayed for one night but the property owner was very good at communication and answering any questions. They only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that there were tiny ants crawling on the floor and there was a water leak above the kitchen sink. Other than that, the suite was quiet, comfortable, safe and clean. I would stay here again.

If you want to wake up at 2:30am, then at 3:30am with a truck running its engine and beaming its lights into your room then this is your place. At least have black out curtains as opposed to flimsy blinds that don't really do anything. Another idea would be to post a sign on the outside wall that says no idling and turn lights off.

Room was mostly clean however there was a hole in the ceiling full of mold that dripped. Also the mattress/box spring was broken so the bed sagged to the middle and was very uncomfortable. The blinds barely worked so it was super bright early in the morning. It would be tough for a bigger vehicle to park as it is a small space. The room was spacious and easy to enter.
