I was worried because I did not realize once I got to the property that it was a shared home with other tenants and that we had to share amenities like roommates. Once I was settled in everything was fine I didn’t even notice any other people were there majority of the time. I think this is great for solo travelers or couples. I honestly would stay again simply because of the price and how great the staff was to us.

Room: clean and well maintained, nice shower. Neighborhood: nice and quiet. Staff/Owner: very responsive even though they're not present on site. Communication is overall smooth. I did last minute booking due to an emergency power surge in the condo building, not expecting to be confirmed but it was completed within minutes surprisingly. Room is cleaned thoroughly. It was a pleasant stay.

Perfect private room for my partner and myself! Beautiful neighborhood, conveniently located a 5 minute walk away from the mall. Very clean private bathroom and bedroom. We felt right at home. Would definitely stay again if our lives ever bring us there again. Although, it was a shared house and our room was closest to the kitchen, we couldn’t hear a peep from the other guests! All appliances were up to date, which was great because we needed the wash and dryer. Thank you to our hosts!

The room was very clean, as well as the bathroom. The staff were very responsive to my questions and concerns and were always very patient. The signage for amenities, division of space, expected rules of behaviour, and WiFi were extremely clear and helpful. The proximity to the plaza with a T&T made it super easy to find cheap, delicious food, and access to Yonge Street meant easy transit time. The locks made me feel very secure. Would definitely recommend to any single traveller looking to score a fantastic deal and beat out insane hotel prices!

Price was good. Daniel sent secret codes well ahead of time which was helpful. Area was a nice residential part of Richmond Hill. Shower was fantastic - high tech, lots of hot water. Code system for entry was a bit problematic. Took 5-6 tries to enter our room each time. Never met our host in person. In bathroom, would have been nice to have some hand towels and face washing cloths in addition to the two small bath towels. Also, hooks would have been nice - on back of room door for jackets/clothes and in bathroom, to let used towels dry out quickly.
