Quiet place with friendly staff. Didn't get to try the inside restaurant but there's a bunch of fast food and other places to eat around. Also a 24 hour kiosk near the reception which is nice.

sliding doors to separate bedroom from the living room were broken and off the track was very hard to open and close them, couldnt turn off or change the temperature anything on the ac unit in our room , it stayed on the whole time and the room was freezing cold, needs better lighting in the rooms as well. the room was very clean , the hotel staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. kids loved the pool and baby cot was brought to our room instantly and very clean. we would definitely stay here again

Beautiful hotel. Some areas are in a bit of rough shape but didn’t impact our stay. Staff were very kind and accommodating. Great area and very close to the GO station. Clean rooms. Parking was great, we had a large truck and we had no issues with parking.

We were a large group for a softball tournament in Brampton. On arrival, the A/C in our room didn't work so we had to contact housekeeping and two other rooms had the same problem. The sofa-bed mattress had big stains and in another room it was so bad, it was full of mold so housekeeping brought a folding bed. A used bar of soap was left on the side of the bathtub and there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The outside of the fridge needed a good wash. À la carte breakfasts are good and worth booking for 5,00$. The kids enjoyed the pool and slide. There is a nice outdoor space with a firepit close to the pool to hang out. The staff is amazing and helpful. Would I stay there again ? No, not for the price we paid (608$/ 2 nights) !

Very nice hotel, the staff are terrific, very helpful and friendly. The bistro is also excellent. Our rating really applies to the pool and spa area. The roof seems to have a leak, for some time now. Plaster/drywall is falling down next to the hot tub leaving a gaping hole in the ceiling and a mess on the floor.

Only thing u didn’t like was that I booked this room because it included breakfast as per Expedia website but didn’t get any. We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the pool. The gentleman who checked us in was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, which made a great first impression. The only negative experience happened during breakfast. I booked a rate that included breakfast and paid for it in advance. However, when we arrived, the receptionist repeatedly insisted that we did not have breakfast included. She kept saying, “I believe you do not have breakfast,” without checking our reservation first. I had to ask her to call another staff member, and after checking the reservation, the second receptionist immediately confirmed that breakfast was indeed included. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I believe the reservation should be verified before telling guests that they are not entitled to a service they already paid for. It was an unnecessary and uncomfortable situation. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful. The hotel itself was great, and this was the only negative experience we had during our trip to Canada.
