Location was very convenient with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Fast Wifi, Shower floors were slippery. Parking was disappointing. We arrived to find out the parking stall promised was occupied. Had to find a nearby parking elsewhere. The host did offer to cover the parking fees.

The place is beautiful, modern, safe, and cozy — just a 10-minute walk from the Rogers Centre, perfect if you’re planning to attend a Blue Jays game. However, there’s one downside: The check-in time is too late (5 p.m.), which they should definitely improve. The cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, I’d rate a 6 out of 10. My main concern is the late check-in since you lose half a day waiting. That said, the place itself is beautiful, and the building is completely clean and secure

The property was within walking distance from places we wanted to visit. The rooms were big and the balcony view was great. Cons. The key pick up and the parking a little difficult. When the bathroom didn't flush maintenance could not come to fix it until we left. I know we had 2 bathrooms but we did book a place with two bathrooms on purpose.

We had pros and cons with our stay. PROS: location was awesome, pet-friendly, washer/dryer access, garage parking included, roomy 2-bedroom layout of the condo. CONS: Condo was not soundproof as stated in the general amenities (In the middle of the night, we'd hear cars honking, multiple emergency sirens, cars revving engines to race, a random person yelling outside, and screaming toddler from a close by unit. This all happened throughout our 3-night stay, every night until about 3am. Yes, the screaming kid too.) We also only had less than half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived. No extras to be found. No paper towels nor tissue boxes. I had requested at least the toilet paper. I was assured that someone would bring some, but no one ever came throughout our trip. Luckily, I had bought some at the store across the street on Day 2 of our trip. OVERALL, the place is good if you don't mind the nightly noise. You are downtown after all. Location is fantastic! Walking distance to Rogers Centre, The Well, and shops all over.

Lovely place

Perfect location for our family of 4, and special to have the view. It had everything we needed for the 2 night stay and so close to all the things we wanted to do in TO so that we walked everywhere. 2 minor things I would have liked to know in advance - the key pick up was a 5 minute walk away (I did receive fairly accurate directions) and the dishwasher wasn't in a state that I dared to use (fear of leaks).

Pros - Great location with everything nearby. Suite was nice, clean and good size for 4 people. Showers were excellent and minimal noise for being downtown Toronto. Cons - Beds were double size beds which wasn’t good for two couples and they were incredibly uncomfortable. Pillows were also not very good. Also, one morning while we were sleeping a security and maintenance person unlocked the door and walked into the suite and woke the 4 of us up to change an air filter.

Business trip, stayed 7 days. Access to the Key was too high to reach, i need to borrow a step stool from the corner shop. The sinks, showers and windows were filthy, forehead prints and water film, hair. No toilet paper or kleenex. we had to ask for toilet paper to be dropped off next day. Fridge didn't work- they turned it off bc the freezer ices over - had to call out a maintenance guy to plug it back it but it flashed red the whole time, had to toss out food, second bedroom door doesn't have lock and doesn't stay closed. Master bathroom ceiling leaks water from the light, likely due to the shower above leaking. only 1 facecloth, 2 towels and 1 hand towel per bthrm, couldn't wash them, reused for 7 days! Cutlery dirty, glassware dirty, washing machine didn't work wont turn on bc the door doesn't latch, master bed mattress needs replacing - visibly lop sided, very sparse amenities for cooking, 2 salt shakers, no pepper? Kcups but no keurig machine. I bought bottled water and sadly had to leave some behind, i sure hope the next people don't give credit to these money thieves for providing bottled water. It was a horrible stay for what we paid. The view was nice but the balcony was useless, a few random decorative chairs all chewed up from the sun. The AC was nice, and access to someones "nick" netflix act was suspicious. I am sure there is more - but in short, i would pass on booking with "Cliqstays" not as advertised.
All glassware was covered in a film, this one had maybe dried milk all throughout.
noticeable lop sided mattress. very uncomfortable, i kept rolling over. Glad I was by myself couldn't imagine sharing with someone.
All cheap dirty cutlery.
