Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
This appears to be a fraudulent listing. We went to check in and there were no staff at the front desk as per the instructions. It is a private residence building and you are supposed to get a door code and instructions. The owner failed to respond to texts or messages. Fortunately Expedia was able to re-book us. Caution don't book this listing!

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
A nightmare check-in experience — do not recommend My check-in instructions said to go to the front desk when I arrived. When I got to the property, there was no front desk at all. I spoke with security, who confirmed I was at the correct address, but told me I should have been provided with a unit number and door code. I had received neither. I immediately contacted Hotels.com, but they were unable to reach anyone at the property. I waited for about an hour while trying to get the situation resolved and ultimately had to find and book another place to stay on my own. After that, I spent even more time on multiple calls trying to get a refund, while Hotels.com continued trying unsuccessfully to contact the property. Showing up in a foreign city expecting to have accommodations and suddenly realizing you have nowhere to stay is incredibly stressful. A property that does not provide guests with the information needed to access their accommodation — and cannot be reached when there is a problem — should not be available to book on Hotels.com. This was an absolute nightmare of an experience, and I would not recommend this property to anyone.
