It was the fanciest/cleanest hotel I have ever been in my life. I knew it would be fancier than other hotels, but this was truely a great surprise. My sister and I had a lovely stay. Location is great too as the subway station is right next to it in the green line.

It was close to our shopping area on Bloor Street which was a plus The staff was very friendly and helpful as the night we got there someone in the next room had a very loud TV or music going on and we were not able to sleep very well We were accommodated with a different room the following day on another floor and we slept very soundly the rest of the time
