“Wonderful location would certainly return.”

“We booked a deluxe en-suite double room with (according to the website) a four-poster bed. This room was no longer available and we were assigned a room which was dark and grubby. We were also informed that there would be no food available ("don't do food anymore"), despite breakfast and evening meals being offered on the website.

“Claire and Chris our hosts were both very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. A great welcome after our 6 hour drive! The car pass was all ready for us to park our car, our room was ready too. On arrival we were offered tea and coffee and a great choice of chocolate bars! Perfect! Breakfast was absolutely delicious with lots of choice hot and cold. The views from the guest house are beautiful. There are lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance. Nothing was too much trouble....

“The hotel is in a beautiful and restful setting. The staff could not have been more helpful. The restaurant food was brilliant. We enjoyed seeing the peacocks and other birds in the grounds.”

“We had a weekend away and enjoyed our room with a sea view. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. Parking was difficult one night as they had a private function on who took all of the spaces. Staff were always helpful and we would stay again.”

“Quaint room and wonderful breakfast..lovely Landlord & Landlady”

“Friendly staff.”
