As a Best Western Rewards member, I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Sandman Hotel in St. John’s. For a hotel charging over $200 per night, I expected a much higher standard of customer service and hospitality.

“This hotel is old and tired. It needs a total updating. It was 15 C outside and we ran the AC full blast the entire time and the room was always 24 - 25 C. The bathroom fixtures were salvaged from the wreck of the titanic and the hot water was scalding, very easy to get scalded if you weren't careful.
The hotel was in a convenient location for getting around St. John's.
