“On our arrival the woman who was rostered on Sunday afternoon was efficient but very unfriendly. She came out wiping and snivelling into her tissue. Did not greet me with a welcome and remained sour faced the whole time I was booking in. When our fob didn't work to open the door and I returned to reception to sort out no apologies and remained sour faced. In future I will read carefully what facilities they put in the room. “1.Was assigned room next to another room that was being refurbished. Noisy. Should have never happened. Staff should be aware.
2. You ask to re use towels. We did but towels were changed.
3. Next day they forgot to clean room and we had no clean towels.

“Firstly check-in was super quick and easy, staff were very friendly and helpful. Our villa was extremely clean and was awesome. Comfortable king size bed and had all of the required amenities. The park itself was great and easy to come and go. Middleton Beach is beautiful, we will definitely come back and stay with our extended family. Thanks Big 4 Holiday Park for a fabulous holiday.”
