Beautiful room, comfortable bed, big size compared to most accommodations. Responsive customer service, but miscommunication with the information provided by Expedia and the property. No room cleaning and change of bedding. The common area wasn't very clean either, but they always provided coffee, tea, milk and cereal. Silence most of the time, I had a long stay and only one day there was a problem with a smoker. The management solved the issue promptly and safely.

The pictures of this property are very misleading. The check in process was not clear and there is no one on the property to answer questions and no contact info. Our room had things left from other guests and trash left behind. There were no blinds on the windows, which made sleep nearly impossible. The "free breakfast" was stale cereal, or so I'm guessing because, again, literally no one to ask.

I rented a room in London that looked clean and nice in the photos, but the reality was completely different. The room was extremely dirty, the bathroom was in terrible condition, and the bed linens hadn’t been changed—they were visibly dirty and had hairs on them. Additionally, I found suspicious residues (like an item associated with drugs) under the furniture, which is completely unacceptable. I lost an entire day of my trip finding a new place to stay and had to pay extra costs because it was last minute. The host promised a full refund but only issued a partial one. I request that this situation be reviewed and that a full refund be provided given the unacceptable conditions and inconvenience.
