The hotel was perfect for a night stopover on our road trip. Bed was very comfortable. Very clean w a gym. The staff was very friendly & answered all our questions about the city .

It’s an ok place to stay

Staff was nice. Bathroom had a large area that was damaged on the ceiling that is an eye sore. Beds were not comfortable, the room was clean but not enough bath towels for 3 people.

We stay here every time we come through for racing for 3 reasons. Big parking lots, the softest sheets, and the night staff is the best! We just stayed Saturday October 11th and the two women working were no less than amazing. They make checking into a large amount of rooms a breeze and they are the funniest. I always walk away in a better mood because of them. The rest of the hotel is in need of an update but those 3 things make it worth the stay.

The room had holes in the wall and broken shelves. The air conditioner was very loud and connected via a large extension cord. The bathroom had a loose faucet. The breakfast area had an odd smell. The TV had audio issues. Having said that, the beds were good and the breakfast had variety that was decent.

Loved that this property was a little out of town so it wasn’t on the busy main street. It was clean and the morning breakfast had great choices! The front desk attendant was nice and welcoming. Also had parking in the back which was great and not so busy. It was also great that it was next door to Burger King, a gas station and within driving distance to a park for the kiddos!

The room is nice and great bed. Upper floors seem better to get than lower ones. It is a cowboy town for sure. No many good restaurants to choose, but the mexican one is great.

Check in was a breeze. While going to the elevator it was noted the carpet was dirty and th3 seams were split almost the point being a trip hazard. Exiting the elevator, which needed a mopping, the hallway carpet was again dirty needing a good vacuuming. The room, a handicapped room was clean. However, the heater, set a 68, would over heat the and then turn cold. It also would make loud mechanical noises. The shampoo dispenser was empty and a replacement bottle left in the bathtub, there was only a half roll of TP, no spare was available in the room. OK, after poor night sleep due the heat issue, time was bragged about being a highlight. The coffee was good, the juice dispenser was out of order, the waffle machine was unplugged and the batter dispenser for the wafffle cooked was empty. Back to room, the in room coffee machine broken and found to have water left from a previous guest which overflowed as we added in an attempt to make coffee. Found the unit was unplugged and we took the unit to the bathroom to try it there. Nope, broken. Upon leaving to check out, ltried the ice machine. No ice and the panel covering the mechanical parts on the top of the unit was removed showing an attempt was made earlier to repair it. All 8n all not a good stay. I gave a 3 rating due the front desk and positive check in and the room itself was clean.
